Should anatomical dimensions remain unspecified, the acquisition will be calibrated to our 13-inch reference standard. We recommend verified measurements to ensure the intended sensory grounding.

ANATOMICAL CALIBRATION (SIZING)

  • How to Measure: Use a string or cord to measure your neck. For a detailed guide, [Click Here]. Enter your exact skin-to-skin size in the 'NECK/WRIST SIZE' box.

  • Our Sizing Logic: We engineer three adjustment holes: the center matches your measurement, with the surrounding two at ±0.5 inch.

  • The Comfort Gap Rule: Do not add extra space to your measurement. Our artisans will factor in the necessary "breathing room" to ensure an impeccable balance of comfort and form.

  • Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. We only offer adjustments if a technical error occurred in our studio. If the sizing issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

THE ART OF ENGRAVING

  • The Silent Mark: Inscriptions are typically located on the INNER SIDE, preserving the external minimalist silhouette.

  • The Protocol: Select "ADD INSCRIPTION or Yes/Type below" and enter your inscription in the "YOUR BESPOKE INSCRIPTION" field (English or German characters only). Without these steps, your piece remains unengraved.

  • Style: Our traditional stamping is available in Gold Foil, Silver Foil, or subtle, foil-free Debossing. Please specify your choice and text in the Order Notes at checkout. (Orders without a specified tone will be calibrated in Gold Foil by default.

  • Concerns? If you have specific engraving or sizing concerns, simply Add to Bag and leave an Order Note. Our artisans review every detail.

STUDIO TIMELINE & LOGISTICS

  • Made to Order: We hold no stock. Each item is created upon order, ensuring a custom-made product.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the craft. This may vary based on volume and complexity. (Special styles have specific times listed in their descriptions).

  • Rush Orders: For time-sensitive requests, email info@hushcrafts.com. All orders are processed in the order received; Express Shipping only accelerates delivery, not production.

  • Duties & Taxes: All listed prices are inclusive. We cover all duties so you face no additional charges upon delivery.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking info via email. Please allow 48 hours for the initial scan.

PRESERVING THE BOND (CARE)

  • Water & Moisture: Exposure to water, steam, or perspiration will DAMAGE the natural leather and hardware. Please remove your piece before showering, swimming, or heavy sweating.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • The 24-Hour Window: Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once the hide is cut and production begins, no further adjustments can be accepted.
