Batch Variations: For our returning patrons: as we work with premium natural hides, please anticipate subtle shifts in texture and tone between different batches. Each creation remains uniquely its own.

Natural Markings: Leather is a living canvas. While we meticulously select the finest sections of each hide to minimize growth marks, they are an inherent part of a high-grade, organic material.

Our Philosophy: In our commitment to sustainability and zero waste, we do not discard leather with minor natural characteristics. If your piece carries a subtle marking, we invite you to embrace it as a unique gift from nature—a testament to its authentic origin.

Final Consideration: If you seek industrial uniformity, our handcrafted artisan pieces may not be the right fit for you. We celebrate the organic; we celebrate the unique.

Production Time

Since every item in our shop is carefully handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Depending on order volume, item complexity, and quantity, this timeframe may occasionally be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Where is the engraving placed?

The engraving is typically located on the inner side of the collar. The exact placement may vary depending on the collar style. For most designs, it is discreetly placed near the base or along the inner edge to preserve the overall appearance. Rest assured, it will not affect the external look of the collar.

Can I wear my leather piece while showering, swimming, or in the gym?

No. To preserve the integrity and beauty of your handcrafted piece, it must be kept dry at all times. Genuine leather is a natural, porous material. Exposure to water, steam, or excessive sweat can lead to:

  • Structural Damage: Water strips away the leather’s natural oils, causing it to become stiff, brittle, or shrink as it dries.
  • Aesthetic Changes: Moisture can cause permanent staining, spotting, or loss of the unique "gold-dusted" or "exotic" textures.
  • Hardware Corrosion: Chemicals in swimming pools (chlorine) and salt in seawater are highly corrosive and will damage the metal fasteners and pendants.
What should I do if my leather accidentally gets wet?

Act quickly but gently. If exposed to water, immediately pat the surface dry with a soft, absorbent lint-free cloth. Do not use a hairdryer or place it near a heater, as intense heat will crack the leather. Allow it to air-dry naturally in a cool, ventilated area. Once dry, we recommend applying a light layer of natural beeswax to restore its suppleness.

Can I customize a choker that is uniquely mine?

Absolutely. At HushCrafts, we believe every piece should be as unique as its wearer. Any element you see in our current collections—from hardware shapes to leather textures—can be combined and reimagined to fit your vision.

For materials, you can share your specific preferences with us. We will provide you with a curated selection of our premium leather options for your reference. Once the materials are selected, we will finalize the design together.

Do you have a stock?

We embrace the philosophy of slow fashion. Every piece is crafted in-house, custom-made, and produced only upon order, ensuring we only use what is necessary. We never overproduce.

How to take measurements & Choose the size?

Measuring your neck or any part of your body is simple and straight forward. Even if you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or a thin cord to get accurate measurements. For a
detailed guide on how to measure correctly, please see here.

Once you have your measurements, please enter the exact size in the 'NECK/COLLAR SIZE' box. There’s no need to adjust for looseness or tightness, as this may lead to incorrect sizing. For different styles, especially designer pieces, we will tailor the fit based on your measurements to ensure the best wearing experience.

How soon will my order arrive?

Due to the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine and the global trade tensions initiated by the US, international shipping is experiencing delays.

Standard:Shipping to the US takes 9-14 days.

Express: Shipping to the US takes 7-10 days.

Standard: Shipping to the EU and UK takes 9-12 days.

Express: Shipping to the EU and UK takes 7-10 business days.

Express: Shipping to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand takes 7-11 days.

Express:Shipping to other countries takes 8-10 days depending on the destination.

All European customs are also taking longer than usual to process and release shipments due to the conflict.

How to track my order?

Once your order ships,you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the initial scan to appear—this is standard, so there’s no need to worry if your package doesn’t show as 'in transit' right away.

As a boutique operation, we personally respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days and within 48 hours on weekends and holidays.

How to Return/Exchange?

Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, SALES ARE FINAL (exceptions may apply). We offer prompt returns and exchanges in the event of quality issues or if the item is not made to the correct size.The full return/replacement guide here.

How to cancel the order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. We are unable to cancel orders that are already in production or have been shipped.

How to change the order?

You can make changes to the order within 24 hours after the purchase date. Please send a request by mail indicating the order number.

How to replace/repair?

If any parts are missing (such as spikes or studs) or if your item has a broken component (like a clasp, buckle, or ring), please contact us. Repairs are free of charge within 12 months of purchase.

Do I have to create an account before making a purchase?

No, creating an account is not required to place an order.

After you complete your purchase, we automatically create a temporary account for you to track your order history. To access it, simply sign in and set a password.

While creating an account is optional and not necessary for making purchases or exchanges, we recommend it for a more streamlined shopping experience.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Packages to the US up to $800 USD not charged with any taxes and duties.

Packages to the EU and CA are not charged with any taxes and duties.

Packages to AU up to 1000 AUD not charged with any taxes and duties.

For information on taxes and duties in other countries please contact your local customs office or taxation authority.

Can I visit your retail store?

We don't have a physical retail location at the moment.

Our products are exclusively available through our online store, allowing you to shop conveniently from anywhere.

Do you offer custom-sized collars?

Yes!

We offer custom-sized collars at no extra cost. However, please note that custom orders may take longer to process. Additionally, custom-sized collars are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a quality issue.

How do we craft your collar after you submit your measurement?

Once you provide your neck measurement, we create three close-adjustable sizes:

  • The center size matches your exact measurement
  • The two surrounding sizes are +0.5 inch and -0.5 inch from your measurement

This ensures:

  • A comfortable fit—not too tight and not too loose
  • Flexibility for natural daily changes in neck size
  • A clean look with subtle, practical adjustability

This method allows us to deliver a collar that fits you precisely and comfortably.

Can I have a symbol foiled onto a collar?

Yes!

We offer gold foiling based on your text request, directly applied to the collar. This customization is available for an additional $8 per order.

Simply enter your desired text when placing your order, and we'll take care of the rest!

Please note: Even if you enter your desired engraving text, we won't be able to process it unless you also select "YES / type below" in the Engraving option. Thank you for your understanding!

Is the packaging discreet when you ship orders?

Absolutely!

We ship every order in plain, unmarked packaging without any branding or logos visible. To further protect your privacy, the return address simply indicates "shipping services."

For international shipments, a generic product description is required on the label for customs purposes, but we keep these details as discreet as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

International shipping usually takes about 10–15 days, though exact delivery times can vary based on your selected shipping method and location.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control.

Can you ship to PO and APO/FPO addresses?

Absolutely!

We offer free basic shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Express delivery options through USPS are also available if needed.

Do you offer any discounts or sales?

Typically, we do not have regular public sales or discounts.

However, subscribers to our HushCrafts Email Club enjoy exclusive offers, discounts, and early access to new and limited edition products.

Additionally, we provide special pricing and promotions to our loyal customers who have opted to receive our emails.

You can also find occasional special deals and limited-time offers posted on our social media channels.

I noticed there's a coupon field at checkout. How can I get a coupon or discount?

Coupons and discounts are not frequently offered, and are typically reserved for members of our email list and our most loyal customers.
