Return and Refunds Policy
At HushCrafts, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our aim is to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible for you. Please read our return policy carefully:
Returns and Refunds
You can return a product and get a refund if:
- You received the wrong item due to our mistake.
- You received a defective item (each case is reviewed individually).
- You received an item of a different color due to our mistake.
Please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product and provide photos as confirmation.
If we confirm that the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll issue a refund promptly for that product. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s free from damage, we’ll process your refund. In this case, kindly return the product in its original packaging, and we’ll cover all costs (shipping, taxes).
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@hushcrafts.com.
Return Is Not Possible If:
- You have already used the product.
- The item is customized (includes engraving or special sizing).
- The item has been altered in any way by you.
- The item is a custom size, in which case HUSH can assist with exchanges based on terms.
Exchange Policy
You can exchange an item if:
- You received the wrong size due to your mistake (in this case, you’ll cover all costs—shipping, taxes).
- You received the wrong size or color due to our mistake (HUSH covers all costs—shipping, taxes).
Please inform us about these issues and provide photos as confirmation within 30 days after receiving the product. Once we receive the item and verify no damage, we’ll produce it in the correct size or color.
Exchange Is Not Possible If:
- You received the correct order but changed your mind.
- You have already used the product.
- It involves customized orders or engraved items.
- It’s been more than 30 days since you received the order.
Note:
- If the return is due to a customer’s mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on the specific fee of the chosen carrier.
- If the return is due to our mistake, HUSH covers all shipping costs related to the return.
Return & Refund Policy Summary
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not customized. Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Pre-paid return labels are not provided.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Return Address: All returns must be sent to: Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Detailed return instructions will be provided via email once your return request is approved.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective items. Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
New Standard Product Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Customized & Non-Engraved Products)
- Return Window: 30-day return period for standard products (non-custom size and non-engraved items).
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be calculated based on the chosen shipping method.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective standard product returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
