Return and Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes plans don't unfold as expected. Here's our polite and customer-friendly return policy:

Returns and Refunds:

You can return and get a refund for a product if:

  • You received the wrong item due to our mistake.
  • You received a defective item (each case is considered individually).
  • You received an item of another color due to our mistake.

 Please inform us about these issues and provide photos as confirmation within 14 days after receiving the product.

If we agree that an item is faulty or incorrect, we'll promptly offer a refund for that product.

Upon receiving the product and confirming it's free from damage, we will process a refund for the item. In this case, kindly send the item back in its original packaging. We cover all costs (shipping, taxes).

We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@hushcrafts.com.

Return is not possible if:

  • You have already used the product.
  • It involves a customized product with engraving.
  • This  products is customized by you.
  • If the fit size is inappropriate, HUSH can fix that according to the terms of exchange.

Exchange:

Exchange of a product is possible if:

  • You received an item in the wrong size due to a customer's mistake. In this case, you will be responsible for all costs (shipping, taxes).
  • You received an item in the wrong size or color due to our mistake. In this case, HUSH covers all costs (shipping, taxes).

Please inform us about these issues and provide photos as confirmation within 14 days after receiving the product, and send it back to us.

As soon as the product is delivered and checked for no damage, we will produce it in the correct size or color.

Exchange of a product is not possible if:

  • You received a correct order and then changed your mind.
  • You have already used the product.
  • It involves customized orders, sizes, and a product with engraving.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the order.

Note:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee, based on the specific fee of the chosen express company.

If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
