We finish edges using the same brand of edge paint used by Hermès, applied in 3–4 layers, each hand-burnished between coats. The edge painting process is the most time-consuming stage — after the first coat is applied, we wait 8–10 hours for it to fully cure before carefully sanding and applying the next layer. The result is a rich, rounded edge that resists cracking, peeling, and wear — built not just to look beautiful, but to endure.
